Cash Money Analytics, LLC will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by the Service or derived from the website. Without limitation, Cash Money Analytics, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a subscriber’s inability to use or any delay in accessing the website or any other source of material provided by the Service; (3) any absence of material in the Service or on the website; (4) Cash Money Analytics, LLC’s failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material. Cash Money Analytics, LLC and each subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable result of any breach of any agreement between Cash Money Analytics, LLC and the subscriber.

Cash Money Analytics, LLC is not affiliated with any brokerage firm and does not endorse or recommend any specific brokerage firm. Cash Money Analytics, LLC is not and will not be responsible for any trades made by a broker on the subscriber’s behalf under any circumstances.
Please note that refunds are only available for first-time, non-Trial subscriptions on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of subscribing. They are not available to renewing subscribers. If you subscribe to the Service and cancel (and receive a refund) and then subscribe again, you will not receive another refund.
You cannot transfer your subscription to someone else, except through bequeathment or by a court order. In the event a subscription is transferred, it will continue through the end of its term and can be renewed at the then-current price and conditions. All the Content in the Service or on our website is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and is the property of Cash Money Analytics, LLC under license. By “Content” we mean any information, mode of expression, or other materials and services found in the Service or on https://www.iqtrends.com.
You may make one copy of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that any material copied remains intact and includes the following notice: “Copyright by Investment Quality Trends.
